Two-for-One: re:publica and MEDIA CONVENTION Berlin are teaming up again!

2016 will be the third year of the successful partnership between MEDIA CONVENTION Berlin and re:publica. As with #rp15, the international conference on the global media landscape will take place in parallel to #rpTEN on 2 – 3 May 2016 in the STATION-Berlin. Seeing as it worked so well last year, we are pleased to announce that we are again offering a Dual Ticket for both events!

With it, you will have access to the full re:publica event programme, as well as the breadth of current issues concerning today's media landscape. In cooperation with MEDIA CONVENTION, we will approach digital policies and themes in an overarching and interdisciplinary way and create synergy. Helping us will be an exciting range of speakers. Last year our line-up featured, amongst others, international media experts, such as Netflix co-founder and CEO Reed Hastings, as well as current – and future – YouTube stars, such as LeFloid.

MEDIA CONVENTION Berlin is the most important conference for the German and international media industry. It explores the most pressing issues in media and digital policies, discusses critical topics concerning the media landscape, and sheds light on some of the newest developments in content formats and production. This wide spectrum of content is reflected in the broad range of participants. As one of Europe's most important events for the (digital) media industry, MEDIA CONVENTION features activists, coders, entrepreneurs and business representatives, experts in TV, film, broadcast, print and politics, as well as key figures in tech, science, research and many other disciplines. Both conferences embody Berlin's digital scene and are key to the city's ecosystem of digital innovation, new projects and collaboration. Furthermore, both conferences are showcase events for Berlin as a centre for the international media and creative industries.
